1. Gift Card Program

Big Valley gift cards are available for purchase online. Cards are activated by store staff after payment is confirmed. You will be notified via email when your card is ready.

2. Email Notifications

By completing a purchase, you consent to receive transactional emails from Big Valley at the email address provided at checkout. You will receive:

• An order confirmation email when payment is received
• An activation confirmation email when your gift card is activated

Email frequency: Up to 2 emails per order.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Big Valley does not store your payment details.

4. Refunds

Gift card purchases are non-refundable once activated. If you have not received activation within 24 hours of purchase, please contact the store directly.
